Our journey began with the establishment of Grace Home Health Care in 2009, followed by international expansion in 2013 with the launch of Aster Grace Nursing and Physiotherapy LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We have successfully built and sold multiple state- and Medicare-licensed healthcare facilities across Michigan, Arizona, Texas, Florida, and the United Arab Emirates. Today, Grace continues to guide healthcare organizations through every stage of growth—from formation to expansion—with personalized, results-driven consulting.
